Happy New year! If you're a longtime reader of my blog, then you know I'm all about goal setting and the act of putting what you want out into the universe (aka manifestation). For a few years there I was sharing my yearly goals and reflections; however this year I'm changing it up.
The foundation of this year is based on being intentional. Each month I am setting myself one intention to accomplish. While one objective doesn't seem like much, each one is something I would like to do or try, something that is achievable, and also provides a mission for the month.
For more about my 2020 goals, check out my latest video where I make my vision board!

What are some of your goals for 2020?
